▪ Mike Paul has joined Harborstone Credit Union in Lakewood as senior vice president. His focus will be on working with local business owners to help them grow their companies. Paul has more than 35 years’ experience in business banking and consumer lending.
▪ Threshold Group in Seattle and Gig Harbor has named Stephanie Cohn Rupp as managing director of impact investing and will be developing creative goals-based solutions for clients who desire portfolios aligned with their values. She has more than 15 years of experience in global impact investing, impact fund design and implementation, and microfinance, as well as crowd funding. Cohn Rupp holds a bachelor’s degree from Bristol University and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and from Harvard’s Kennedy School.
Most recently, Cohn Rupp served as CEO of Toniic, a global action community of impact investors, a member-informed global financial ecosystem which operates to create positive social and environmental impact.
▪ Propel Insurance of Tacoma was recently included in the Insurance Business America magazine’s second annual Elite Agencies report, which features 35 top agencies. These 35 were chosen for best demonstrating efficiency and innovation, and high standards of customer service and community engagement.
