Washington Gov. Jay Inslee had a news conference Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. to give an update on the state’s COVID-19 response.

The governor was joined by Umair Shah, secretary of the state Department of Health; Lacy Fehrenbach, Washington State Department of Health deputy secretary for COVID response, and Molly Voris, the governor’s special adviser for pandemic health response.
