Man flown to Harborview after industrial accident, officials say
A man was taken to Harborview Medical Center after suffering extensive burns Wednesday afternoon after an industrial accident in Milton, according to police.
The incident happened about 1:35 p.m. in the 400 block of Porter Way.
“The guy was back there welding and it looks like some fuel caught on fire,” police Sgt. Nils Luckman said.
The man was severely burned and was flown to Harborview for treatment, Luckman added.
