Iconic porn star Ron Jeremy sexually assaulted a model during a September 2017 function at a Tacoma adult store, according to a lawsuit the woman filed in King County Superior Court.

The 65-year-old adult film actor, whose legal name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, was at a function Sept. 22 at the adult store in the 6000 block of Tacoma Mall Boulevard, where the 22-year-old model was working with two other young women representing a Seattle radio station.

According to the lawsuit:

Jeremy forced himself onto the woman four times during the evening event. First, he offered to sign her breasts, which she consented to, then violently groped her under her bra.

When the woman later tried to take a selfie with Jeremy, he grabbed her buttocks and tapped his fingers as she nervously fumbled around on her cellphone.

Immediately after that, Jeremy stuffed his hand down her shorts and began to suck on the back of her neck.

"Did that give you goosebumps?" he asked.

As the woman tried to leave, Jeremy asked if he could say goodbye. The woman clenched the collar of her shirt.

Jeremy then pulled her shirt and bra down, exposing her breasts before kissing them.

The woman suffers from post-traumatic stress from the incident and has had a miscarriage as a result.

She is seeking damages to be proved at trial, as well as legal fees.

Police took a report, but neither Pierce County nor Tacoma city attorneys opted to file charges against Jeremy.

Assistant City Attorney Keith Echterling issued a statement that did not give further details as to why Jeremy was not charged.

Dante Rusciolelli, a spokesman for Jeremy, said in a statement that there were plenty of witnesses and security cameras that saw the incident, and that charges weren't filed for a reason.

"I guess people can sue for anything these days," Rusciolelli said.

A request seeking comment from Pierce County prosecutors was not immediately returned.
