Tacoma man dies after Memorial Day wreck on I-5
A Tacoma man died Saturday from injuries suffered in a Memorial Day wreck on Interstate 5 in Milton, according to the Washington State Patrol.
King County medical examiners identified the man as Heng Yath, 35.
He was driving south on I-5 just north of Porter Way about 2:45 a.m. May 28 when his SUV went off the freeway to the right, a State Patrol news release stated Monday. The SUV hit a pole and came to rest perpendicular to the freeway.
Yath was wearing his seat belt during the wreck.
