Sex offender registrations in Pierce County
The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Pierce County.
Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.
All convicted sex offenders registered to live in Tacoma and Pierce County are listed on the Sheriff’s Department’s website at piercesheriff.org.
Robert N. Reed
Age: 61.
Description: 5 feet 10 and 200 pounds, red hair with blue eyes.
Where registered to live: 3700 block of McKinley Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1998 of first-degree child rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting two girls, ages 3 and 6.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Johnny Davis
Age: 34.
Description: 5 feet 10 and 215 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 700 block of South 17th Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1996 of first-degree child rape in Thurston County for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl. Convicted in 1999 of first-degree child rape, first-degree child molestation and first-degree kidnapping in Thurston County for coercing a 4-year-old girl into a secluded area and sexually assaulting her.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while at the Special Commitment Center.

Jeffrey Naftel
Age: 60.
Description: 5 feet 10 and 230 pounds, bald with hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 8700 block of South Hosmer Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1991 and 1992 of first-degree child rape and first-degree child molestation in Chelan County for sexually assaulting two boys, ages 5 and 7.
Sex offender treatment: Participated in a treatment program while at the Special Commitment Center.
