Two homes burn in Federal Way

A fire early Saturday morning burned two homes in Federal Way.

South King Fire and Rescue said on Twitter at 7:20 a.m. that they were fighting the blaze in the 32200 block of 40th Place Southwest.

A little less than an hour later, the agency reported that both homeowners were evacuated, and that the fire was out.
