Trucks plows into storage building in Tacoma

A truck crashed into a storage building in Tacoma Friday, according to the Fire Department.

A driver lost control about 10:15 a.m. and plowed into a building at South 12th and South Alder streets.

The building is used for storage and no one was inside at the time of the crash.

No injuries were reported.

Officials closed that section of South 12th Street, reopening it just before 11 a.m.

Crews are working to shore up the building.
