Roy man killed after losing control of his ATV
An 18-year-old man died Friday after flipping his quad in Roy, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.
Christopher Degiobbi was riding south in the 32500 block of Tisch Road South when he lost control going around a corner and left the roadway.
He landed in a ditch with the ATV on top of him, sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said.
Degiobbi was pronounced dead at the scene.
