2.6-magnitude quake rattles Bremerton area
A 2.6-magnitude earthquake hit near Bremerton early Tuesday.
The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network initially believed it was a 3.1, but it was downgraded after the event.
The temblor shook at 4:49 a.m., about 2.2 miles east of the city.
It had a depth of 15 miles.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.
