Tacoma motorcyclist killed in Lewis County crash has been identified

A Tacoma man who crashed into the back of a pickup while riding his motorcycle in Lewis County has died.

The collision occurred about 8 p.m. Saturday on state Route 12 between Morton and Glenoma.

Troopers said Larry Sifrit, 38, and the pickup were traveling westbound on SR 12.

A 52-year-old Randle woman began to turn left when Sifrit’s motorcycle crashed into the back of her Ford F250.

The woman and a 9-year-old child in the truck were not injured.

Sifrit was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he died Sunday.
