And that means delays for commuters.

The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drivers can expect to encounter alternating one-way traffic, as well as flaggers who will help traffic navigate the work area, according to the county.

The site is one of several throughout the county to receive new asphalt as part of the county’s 2022 overlay program.
