Tacoma police investigating overnight death as a homicide
Tacoma police are investigating an overnight death as a homicide.
About 2 a.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to the 200 block of South 80th Street after South Sound 911 received reports of gunshots being fired in the area.
Police arrived to find an unresponsive man, 51.
Despite life-saving measures taken by police and Tacoma fire personnel, the man died at the scene.
