Emergency crews rescue driver after vehicle goes over embankment in University Place
A driver was in stable condition Saturday after the person’s vehicle drove over an embankment in University Place.
West Pierce Fire & Rescue reported on social media that it responded to the incident Saturday morning in the area of 31st Street West and Lemons Beach Road West.
According to the agency, “Firefighters were able to successfully extricate and transport the patient to a local hospital in stable condition.”
No further details were immediately available.
