Warmer than usual? Forecasters predicting spots of sunshine before another wet cycle

Get ready to bring out more of the hot cocoa as rain and cloudy weather will continue this week in Tacoma.

Saturday brings partly sunny weather with a high near 47 degrees. There will also be some calm wind. Saturday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 37 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

On Sunday, the morning will start with patchy fog. The rest of the day will be partly sunny with a high near 47 degrees, the NWS says.

There is a 40% chance of rain after 10 a.m. on Monday. It will mostly be cloudy that day with a high near 47 degrees. There is a 100% chance of rain Monday night with a low around 43 degrees, the NWS says.

The NWS says there will be a 100% chance of rain on Tuesday with a high near 51 degrees. Tuesday night brings more rain, mainly before 10 p.m.

There is a chance of rain on Wednesday and it will be partly sunny, with a high near 49 degrees. There is a chance of rain Wednesday night before 10 p.m. and a low of 42 degrees, the NWS says.

There is a slight chance of rain on Thursday and it will mostly be cloudy, with a high of 48 degrees. Thursday night brings a slight chance of rain as well with a low around 40 degrees, the NWS says.

There is a chance of rain on Friday and it will be partly sunny, with a high near 48 degrees, the NWS says.
