Update: Washington State Patrol canceled the Amber Alert for Teddy Templeton, 4, Sunday afternoon. An update to the alert indicated he was located. The original story follows below.

A 4-year-old child was allegedly abducted in Kitsap County early Sunday morning, according to a Washington State Patrol Amber Alert.

The alert identifies the child as Teddy Templeton and describes him as 4-feet-tall, 40 pounds, blonde and blue eyed.

A Blue 2005 Kia Spectra sedan with a BER2466 Washington license plate has been identified as a vehicle of interest. The alert asks anyone who sees the sedan to call 911.

Troopers suspect Shannon Michelle Isbell, the child’s 39-year-old biological mother, took the child from his bed at about 12 a.m. Sunday. The alert alleges Isbell has made threats to harm herself and child.

The alert describes Isbell as a 5-foot-2-inches tall and 125-pound woman with brown hair and blue eyes.
