A Pierce County Sheriff’s deputy and another driver were unscathed Saturday morning after their vehicles collided in Parkland, the Sheriff’s Department said.

The deputy was driving north on Pacific Avenue South around 7:05 a.m. when they collided with a truck turning left onto eastbound 129th Street South, according to Sheriff’s spokesperson Sgt. Darren Moss. The deputy’s vehicle struck the side of the truck.
