Stretch of North End Tacoma street scheduled for daytime closures through May 10
A three-block stretch of North 15th Street near the University of Puget Sound is expected to undergo maintenance, requiring it to be closed during the daytime for nearly two weeks beginning Monday, the city of Tacoma said.
The 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. closures, between North Proctor Street and North Union Avenue, are scheduled to run through May 10. The city said that detours will be in place and that the timing of the work, which is dependent on weather, could change.
