Network incident hits Puyallup Tribe. Here’s what it means for tribal services

The Puyallup Tribal Government’s offices will be closed this week following a network incident that impacted the Tribe’s IT systems.

The IT department is working to determine what happened, the Puyallup Tribal Council announced on Monday. Further details were not immediately released.

The Council said it closed government offices to expedite the investigation.

The outage has not affected the Emerald Queen Casino, Chief Leschi Schools, Puyallup Tribal Health Authority, Commencement Bay Cannabis, other Tribal businesses, fireworks sales, the June 1 Tribal elections and other Tribal entities, the council said.
