Biweekly summer street fairs coming to this Tacoma neighborhood starting this weekend
This summer Tacoma’s Proctor neighborhood is closing roads to host pedestrian-friendly street fairs starting June 1 after people told the city they wanted more public gathering spaces and events.
That means starting this weekend free festivals, markets, food trucks, live music, art and family activities are coming as part of the Proctor Blocks: Open Streets Events series.
