Salary: $17.63, hourly
- Description: Lead, supervise and engage with campers throughout the day camp while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Counselors will also assist with other duties including check-in and check-outs as well as setting up and breaking down camp activities.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18-years-old with a high school diploma or GED, have some experience working with children and must be able to work in a high-energy environment and lift 25 pounds.
Summer camp STEM instructor - Snapology
Salary: $25, hourly
- Description: Instruct, monitor and lead groups of students through curriculum-guided activities while maintaining a fun, but organized environment.
- Requirements: A minimum of two years working with children, a current background check and the ability to communicate and establish a cooperative work environment with others. An education degree or teaching experience is recommended, but not required.
Summer teen director - YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties
- Salary: $24-$26, hourly
- Description: Develop and plan curriculum and programs that incorporate teen activity trends in conjunction with other staff curriculum. Teen director must also assist with family events and work with the outreach team to develop a marketing plan that reaches teens.
