Body found on roadside in Port Orchard identified as 43-year-old Pierce County woman

A 43-year-old Pierce County woman has been identified as a person found dead on March 3 in Port Orchard, according to the Kitsap County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The woman, Ambria M. Affriseo, was found in the vicinity of Old Clifton Road and Lloyd Parkway, the office said Friday.

An autopsy was performed, but the cause and manner of Affriseo’s death were pending toxicology reports, according to the office.

KING 5 News reported that Port Orchard police officers were dispatched just after 9 a.m. on March 3 to an area on Old Clifton Road, described as an industrial area with surrounding woods and fields, after public works employees discovered the remains of a woman on the roadside.
