Update: 19-year-old woman who went missing in Lakewood has been found, police say

Lakewood Police requests the public’s help locating Brianna Duffney, 19, from the Morton, Washington area, the agency posted on X Tuesday afternoon.

Duffney is autistic and was last seen in the 12700 block of Bridgeport Way around 10 p.m. on March 31, according to the post.

It’s unclear if the address refers to Bridgeport Way West or Bridgeport Way Southwest. The News Tribune is attempting to contact Lakewood police for clarification.

“If you have seen Brianna, call Lakewood PD and help us reunite her with family,” the post says.

Wednesday update: Pierce County deputies found Duffney in Spanaway and she has reunited with her mother, Lakewood police announced on X.

“Thank you to everyone for your help spreading the word to find her,” the post said.
