Kids can play $5 golf rounds at Chambers Bay, other WA courses through this program
Looking for something affordable for your kids to do this summer? The Youth on Course golf program returns for another year, teeing up $5 rounds of golf for kids at courses in Washington and around the country.
Bank of America is partnering with the organization, offering a free one-year membership for kids ages six to 18.
In the South Sound, Chambers Bay, The Home Course (DuPont), Highlands, Meadow Park and Allenmore are a few of the participating courses. In total, there are 80 participating golf courses in Washington.
In 2023, over 40,000 rounds of golf were played by Youth on Course members in Washington, according to a release.
“Through Golf with Us, BofA is showing young people – including many here in the Puget Sound region – what is possible in golf, and in life, when they work hard to achieve their goals,” said Jim Morehead, President of Bank of America Seattle. “I have personally learned and seen youth grasp important life lessons that golf offers, like practice, integrity, and friendships formed on the course. We are empowering kids and creating a positive impact in our communities through the transformational power of sports.”
Program membership also includes a registered handicap index in the United States Golf Association’s Golf Handicap Information Network (GHIN) system.
Enrollment is open until May 24, 2025 at BofA.com/GolfwithUs.
