A three-car collision on SR 161 near 257th Street Court East south of Graham closed the roadway and sent one to the hospital with serious injuries.

A three-car collision on SR 161 near 257th Street Court East south of Graham closed the roadway Sunday and sent one to the hospital with serious injuries.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Kameron Watts said the person was in stable condition.

The collision was first reported by the Washington State Department of Transportation at 12:27 p.m. on Sept. 28. It occurred near milepost 16.18 in a residential area.

Watts said troopers were on scene as of 1:30 p.m. The cause of the collision was unknown.
