A “masterpiece” estate designed by an award-winning architect could be yours in western Washington, according to a recent real estate listing.

The 8,980-square-foot home at 415 Southeast Shoreland Drive in Bellevue was designed by Tom Kundig of Olson Kundig, according to a listing from real estate brokers Terry Allen and Darius Cincys from Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue office.
The home has “west-facing breathtaking views” and “embodies architectural excellence,” Allen said in a Nov. 13 news release, adding that “the marriage of Art Deco elegance with natural materials creates something truly irreplaceable.”

The home, which was built in 2002, has “nearly 135 feet of prime waterfrontage” with unobstructed views of the water from multiple spots, including the primary bedroom, the release said.
It also has a boat dock.
The home has a total of five bedroom, plus two full bathrooms and four partial bathrooms, according to the real estate brokers.
“Echoing Frank Lloyd Wright’s spirit, its exterior melds brick, mahogany, limestone and copper,” the release said, referring to the legendary American architect.
