An Ares media representative declined to comment on Friday about the Fife acquisition.
The Pierce County Assessor’s office lists the building, at more than 225,000 square feet, as a mega-warehouse.
It was developed in 2015 by Dermody Properties and last sold in 2019 for $28 million. Last year, Dermody announced plans for a new LogistiCenter in the Frederickson area.
