Mudslide blocks Tacoma street. Expect delays while city crews clean it up
A mudslide was blocking both directions of the road at the 1700 block of North 30th Street in Tacoma on Thursday morning.
The roadway is blocked between McCarver Street and Schuster Parkway, according to Tacoma Police Department spokesperson officer Shelbie Boyd.
Detours will be in place, according to the city on X.
City crews are responding, but the road will be close for several hours, Boyd said.
