A new $15 million car dealership offering exotic cars and in-house enclosed vehicle transport opened Wednesday in Enumclaw.

Its owners say it’s the first dealership of its kind in the country.

Cascadia Collection is open at 1920 Garrett St., taking over the site of the old Thunderdome Car Museum, which closed last year. While the building itself was $9 million, the inventory will eventually bring the value of the dealership to $15 million, according its owners.

The 36,000-square-foot space allows the dealership to offer the unique combination of exotic car retail and in-house enclosed transport nationwide.

The unqiue dealership was founded by Vladislav Samburski, Mike Wierzbicki and Josiah Criscuolo.

Samburski is the founder of Tacoma-based DC Auto Transport, an enclosed car-transport company in the Pacific Northwest, while Wierzbicki has been working in the auto industry for nearly two decades, most recently in exotic-car sales.

On the retail side of Cascadia Collection, customers will find Lamborghinis, Rolls-Royces and Ferraris, but also trucks, off-road vehicles and JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) cars.

“The whole idea behind the dealership is really servicing from daily drivers to exotic cars,” Wierzbicki said. “We’re gonna be running the full gamut and offering something for everybody.”

Providing enclosed transport is also important to Cascadia Collection’s business model, especially because of the value of the cars in the showroom.

“If you’re doing open transport — you’ve probably seen those going down the freeway where you can actually see the vehicles are susceptible to rock damage, the elements, snow, mud,” Wierzbicki said. “Enclosed is enclosed, right? So [the cars] are within a trailer, they’re not susceptible to any outside influence.”

Wierzbicki said enclosed transport also provides the benefit of privacy, since passersby don’t know what’s inside the truck.

Along with sales and transport, Cascadia Collection will offer car detailing, consignment, storage and a private automobile club.

Being in Enumclaw comes with its own unique benefits. Wierzbicki said he and Samburski “fell in love with the space,” and hope the showroom will be a hub for car enthusiasts in the area.

“We think Enumclaw is just a really fun place to gather the car community. They have a really cool downtown, it’s off the beaten path, and it’s a really good [jumping] off point for drives,” Wierzbicki said.

Customers could make a whole day of the experience, Wierzbicki said.

“They could come out, hang out in our customer lounge. They could watch the car get detailed. They could browse what we have, and then go for a fun drive,” Wierzbicki said.

Cascadia Collection is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and is closed Sundays.
