3 people seriously hurt in Saturday night Tacoma crash, police say
Three people were hurt in a two-car crash Saturday night, Tacoma police announced via social media.
The crash was reported around 8 p.m. in the area of South 38th Street and Asotin Street, just west of Interstate 5.
During the investigation, 38th Street was closed between Alaska Street and Cushman Street, according to police.
The three people were taken to area hospitals with serious injuries.
An update posted later Saturday night said one person was in life-threatening condition, another was in critical condition and the third person was in stable condition, according to police.
