New market opens on Pierce County waterfront. Mediterranean cafe planned

Gather will be open throughout the summer from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., before closing in the fall for a full remodel. Kaufman said they hope to open again in 2027, featuring a Mediterranean cafe.
