Music at The Swiss to help feed families during the holidays
Music and a raffle Sunday at Tacoma’s Swiss Restaurant & Pub will help feed Pierce County families in need this December.
It’s the 17th year the nonprofit Friends of the Holidays has been around. They say they’ve helped more than 5,200 families during that time.
The group supports places such as the Emergency Food Network and St. Leo’s Food Connection.
The benefit at 2 p.m. will help pay for that.
A donation of $10 at the door is suggested.
Bands will include:
▪ Heather Jones & The Groove Masters.
▪ Twang Junkies.
▪ Brian Lee & The Orbiters.
▪ Gigantor.
▪ Lushy.
▪ Billy Stoops & The Dirt Angels.
