2 injured in Tacoma crash at North Pearl and Highland Parkway

A three-car crash in Tacoma sent two people to the hospital on Tuesday.

The accident happened about 5:30 p.m. at North Pearl Street and Highland Parkway.

Tacoma Fire said two people were transported to the hospital in stable condition for treatment.

Police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said three vehicles were involved in the crash, including one that rolled over. Details about what happened weren’t immediately available.

Cool said one person was taken to Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. Cool did not know the patient’s age.

Crews closed Pearl Street as they investigated.
