Power restored to Milton residents
Milton residents were without power Wednesday afternoon after a tree fell onto the city’s main power line.
“There was an individual that was cutting a tree down, and they landed it over our power line,” said Aaron Nix, the city’s community development and public works director.
He said it appeared the entire city was without power until about 4:45 p.m.
Milton, which is an independent electric utility, has roughly 3,400 customers.
