Police want the public’s help in finding a missing 60-year-old Olympia woman.

Gail Jean Doyle was last seen Thursday evening near Martin Way East and Devoe Street Northeast. Doyle is white, with blonde hair and green eyes. She is about 5 foot 3 inches tall and weighs 100-110 pounds.

Olympia police Lt. Paul Lower said Doyle’s family members contacted Olympia police after she didn’t show up to family functions. Two detectives are on the case.

Lower said it was clear when talking to Doyle’s family that it was “very unusual” for her to miss family events.

“We’ve checked her apartment. We’re trying everything we can to see where she’s at,” Lower told The Olympian. “We are concerned that her safety and health are in danger.”
