Better late than never
March 16 – An irate customer threatened to “shoot someone” in a store, but the clerk dismissed it as a joke. Two days later, a store manager heard about the threat and insisted the employee call the police.
Police were dispatched on March 16 to the 5800 block of Soundview Drive, and later spoke to the employee who heard the threat.
The employee said the customer stated something along the lines of “It’s good a police officer is here so I don’t shoot anyone.”
