July 14: Brush Fire — Firefighters were dispatched to Shawnee Drive for a small brush fire just after 1:30 p.m. Several residential structures were close by, and residents were reported to be using a garden hose in an attempt to extinguish the fire, possibly started by the use of a weed-burning torch.
