A flagger will direct alternating one-way traffic at a roundabout in Gig Harbor while crews work at the intersection, according to a road-closure alert the city issued Wednesday.

The lane closure at Rosedale Street Northwest and Stinson Avenue is in effect 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday, and again Monday and Tuesday.

“The City’s contractor will be using a one-way alternating direction lane closure at the roundabout to complete work behind sidewalk at the northeast corner of the intersection,” the alert said. “Please consider using alternate routes when possible.”
