Chipotle sets grand opening for new Gig Harbor restaurant. First 50 customers get swag
Gig Harbor residents have been tweeting Chipotle, asking when they can visit the new Gig Harbor location or hit the drive through.
The restaurant at 4823 Point Fosdick Dr. is set to open Sept. 13, Sally Evans, an external communications analyst for the company, told The Gateway Tuesday.
“To celebrate, the first 50 guests on opening day will receive free Chipotle Goods swag,” Evans said.
The restaurant features a Chipotlane drive through, in addition to a dining room and a patio.
It will be open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Since The Gateway reported earlier this summer that Chipotle was coming to Gig Harbor, the new location has been added to Google Maps.
The company is still hiring at the new restaurant. Those interested can can apply online at jobs.chipotle.com.
