“One suspect entered the business and pretended to purchase a drink,” according to the Tacoma-Pierce County Crime Stoppers website. “The other suspect then entered the business implying he had a gun, threatened the clerk, and stole approximately $200, while the first suspect ran outside.”

Darren Moss, a spokesperson for the PCSD told the Gateway there were no reported injuries.

“Suspects fled in gray, 4-door sedan (possibly a 2010s Dodge Avenger) with black wheels,” the post said.

A reward for anyone who comes forward with information that could help police make an arrest and leads to charges could be “up to $1,000,” according to the post.

Anyone with information for investigators can send the Pierce County’s Sheriff’s Department a private message on Facebook or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
