7 Seas Brewing celebrates its 7th anniversary

Gig Harbor’s 7 Seas Brewing celebrated its seventh anniversary Saturday with a party at the Gig Harbor Tap Room at 3006 Judson Street.

The celebration ran from noon to 8 p.m. and featured live music from local bands, food by the Galley and Buck-B-Q and 7 Seas brews.

“Seven really is our lucky number. This year’s celebration is especially exciting for us since we are in the midst of our long-anticipated expansion into Tacoma,” Mike Runion, 7 Seas president, said in a release. “Additionally, it is the 7th year running we were voted Best Brewery by South Sound Magazine.”

7 Seas Brewing was founded in 2009 by Travis Guterson and Runion, and the Brewery and Tap Room is located in downtown Gig Harbor.
