Searching for the real facts

Ref: Be careful where you look for the real facts (Gateway, Oct. 6).

I couldn’t agree more. I also agree that Ms. Woock’s letters tend to be quite passionate and even incendiary. It’s probably because she loves it here and hates seeing what’s going on. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t worry about following sound journalism principles when writing her “Guest” and “Opinion” pieces.

And, as you point out, I always assume some other part of the story is missing.

So, Peninsula Gateway, what are the facts???? On Ancich Park, the Haub Property and the great “get-rid-of-the herons-so-we-can-develop-it” conspiracy? And the old QFC? And Gig Harbor North/Peacock Hill Road? And the crushing traffic congestion? And the rest of the Olympic Property Group’s plans for Gig Harbor?
