Cheers and Jeers for Oct. 27
Cheers to the Peninsula High School marching band, which placed second in its division at the Puget Sound Festival of Bands in Everett over the weekend. More than 20 marching bands from around the state competed at the event. The PHS band did very well, and band members worked very hard to polish their performance.
