What’s up with the construction on Shaw and Pioneer in Puyallup? Here’s what we know
If you travel along the east side of Puyallup, you may notice construction work happening at Shaw Road and Pioneer.
The plan is to build a three-story apartment building at 2902 E. Pioneer, according to permit application materials submitted to the city.
The property owner is East Town Crossing LLC.
The building will have 24 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, Greg Helle wrote in an email. Helle is the spokesperson for Ash Development.
There will be a pool and clubhouse on site, Helle said. When asked how much the units will cost to rent, Helle said it would vary and that rates have yet to be determined.
Construction is expected to finish in 2025.
