Late night smash burgers and beignets are coming to Puyallup.

Radnor’s Burgers & Beignets has operated on South Tacoma Way since 2024, serving up super-thin smash burgers from chefs Lewis and Myra Mageo. The restaurant, which is connected to Theory Real Estate and their Edison Square event venue in Tacoma, announced on Facebook Sunday that they are opening a second location in downtown Puyallup.

Isaac Miller, president of Theory Real Estate, told The News Tribune Monday that Radnor’s is opening at Firemind Brewing at 211 West Stewart Ave. as a food trailer. Patrons of Firemind can order through the trailer and eat inside. They will also have a location outside for customers to enjoy their food.

“We are just really excited to be joining a vibrant, Puyallup business district,” Miller said.

Miller said they do not have an opening date yet for the new location, but that they will share that information on their social media. He hinted it may be very soon.

Miller said the Puyallup location will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight.

Radnor’s menu showcases their signature South Sound smash burger, which comes with two hand-smashed beef patties, American cheese and their house-made “Rad” sauce. TNT Diner named it among the Top 3 burgers under $10 in Pierce County last year. Customers can also enjoy their burgers with one smashed patty or make it spicy with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños and the “STW” sauce.

The Mageos have also created an array of dipping sauces including a spicy green one, “Rad” fries featuring the special sauce, chicken tenders and wings, plus more late-night bites. The South Tacoma Way restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily, staying open until midnight on weekend evenings.
