Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

Gerald T. Blaisure
Age: 43.
Description: 6-feet-3 and 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: Transient, Pierce County.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2013 of three counts of third-degree child rape in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl. Convicted in 2019 of two counts of luring in Pierce County for trying to lure three young girls into his vehicle and following them into a store.
Sex offender treatment: He did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Andrew Bowman
Age: 22.
Description: 5-feet-7 and 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 10200th block of 6th Avenue South, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2010 of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Coryell County, Texas, for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old boy. Convicted in 2011 of two counts of first-degree child molestation in Pierce County for sexually assaulting a young boy.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
