Each is categorized as a Level 3 sex offender — those considered most likely to commit similar crimes. None is wanted by law enforcement officers at this time.

Curtis Brogi
Age: 52.
Description: 6 feet and 260 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 2300 block of Fawcett Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1996 of second-degree assault with sexual motivation in Island County for sexually assaulting a woman at knifepoint and gunpoint.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while at the state’s Special Commitment Center.

Troy S. Parsons
Age: 52.
Description: 5-feet-5 and 180 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 400 block of 390th Street South, Roy.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2000 of first-degree child rape, second-degree child rape and second-degree assault with sexual motivation for sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls. Also convicted of fourth-degree assault in 1993 for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
