Nationwide warrant issued for man in connection with Tacoma homicide, police say

A suspect has been identified in the May 8 death of a 51-year-old man in a Tacoma apartment.

Nelvin Tucker was shot and killed in the 5100 block of South 58th Street during the early morning hours, Tacoma police said.

A nationwide felony warrant has been issued for Emilio Calvillo, the suspect in the killing, according to police. He is believed to have fled the scene on foot.

Calvillo, 27, is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 130 pounds and has short black hair and green eyes. He had a mustache at the time of the homicide.

His whereabouts are unknown and he is considered to be armed and dangerous, police said.
