Age: 33.
Description: 6 feet and 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 3400 block of 53rd Avenue NE, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2011 of third-degree rape in King County for sexually assaulting a woman.
Sex offender treatment: He did not participate in a treatment program while incarcerated.

William E. Davis
Age: 65.
Description: 5-feet-4 and 145 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 10100th Block of Park Avenue South.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1977 of lewd or lascivious conduct with a minor in Shoshone County, Idaho, for sexually assaulting two girls. Convicted in 1987 of lewd conduct with a minor in Clearwater County, Idaho.
Sex offender treatment: It is unknown if he participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.
