Andrew Vejar
Age: 42.
Description: 5-foot-8 and 156 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 5900 block of South Thompson Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2000 of first-degree rape and attempted first-degree rape in Pierce County for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Brent W. Pettis
Age: 61.
Description: 6 feet and 215 pounds, bald with blue eyes.
Where registered to live: 9900 block of South Tacoma Way, Lakewood.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1985 of indecent liberties in Clark County for molesting a 6-year-old girl. Convicted in 1987 of first-degree statutory rape in Clark County for inappropriately touching three children ages 7 to 10. Convicted in 1990 of third-degree child molestation in Skamania County for molesting a 15-year-old boy.
Sex offender treatment: He participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Dedrick D. Buffington
Age: 37.
Description: 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
Where registered to live: 4300 block of South Yakima Avenue, Tacoma
Criminal history: Convicted in 2003 of third-degree child rape in King County for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. He has eight convictions for failing to register as a sex offender.
Sex offender treatment: He has not participated in a treatment program while incarcerated.

Kevin Dollicker
Age: 45.
Description: 6-foot-3 and 260 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Where registered to live: 2300 block of Fawcett Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1989 of first-degree incest in Yakima County for sexually assaulting two young boys. Convicted in 1990 and 1992 of indecent liberties for sexually assaulting the same victims. Convicted in 1993 of first-degree child molestation in Lewis County for sexually assaulting a 2-year-old boy.
